Anne of Green Gables day four: Modern Anne photoshoot

My sister and I do not need an excuse to have a photoshoot, but today we do have an excuse: Ashley's Anne of Green Gables Fashion Week! 

In these pictures I am dressed in a modern Anne outfit. Anne loves the color mint green and she loves her pearls. I am wearing a green oversized sweater, which Anne would have found very comfortable, pearl earrings and a pearl ring. 

One of Anne's favorite activities is reading a good book and eating an apple.

She is also a talented writer.

Coming up next is a historical Anne photoshoot, a tutorial showing how to make Anne's pearl ring, and maybe some art. I'm so excited! Thank you Ashley, for hosting this fashion week. =D

Modern Anne: puffed sleeves

Today is the second day of Ashley's Anne of Green Gables Fashion Week. I have some fun posts planned for this week, including a couple photoshoots, so stay tuned for them. =]

This outfit is slightly Anne-inspired because it has puffed sleeves. I'm entering it in the Modern Anne fashions.

Back from vacation

So you should all be really proud of me. I knew I needed to post today, so I'm missing part of a Doctor Who episode in order to get this post up. That's some serious blogger dedication for you! ;]

Heh, sorry about the face I'm making in the first photo! It's the only full length picture and I really don't feel like taking more, so it's staying.

I wish you could see my necklace. My parents bought it for me, and it has an ORCA WHALE on it!! It's very awesome. =D

Tomorrow, I'll be leaving for vacation with my family. This means I won't be able to enter more outfits in the fashion show. =[ It's been fun though! Thanks, Natasha!
