GREEN: a St. Patrick's Day celebration

Saint Patrick's Day has got to be one of the coolest holidays. It's got Irishness, the color green, AND corned beef & cabbage! Crazy awesome.

For the next couple of days, I'm going to be celebrating Saint Patrick's Day. Enjoy the ride. ;]

Wore this last Tuesday while my family and I went on a walk with a friend. We had an absolutely lovely time visiting shops, looking at sculptures, and eating cupcakes!

I had a little "whoa" moment a few days ago when I saw this shirt and sweater hanging next to each other. The teal bits in the shirt match the sweater's color perfectly.

I cut my bangs. They fall straight across now, not to the side. 

I made this bracelet a while ago but I haven't worn it much.

March 4: Beauty products

 1. What's your favorite drug store makeup product and your favorite higher-end product? Cheap-o nail polish that is still pretty good quality is fun. Nexxus split-end binding shampoo and conditioner is amazing, although I must confess that I've never actually bought it...I've received free samples, though! 

2. Is there one type of product that is your go-to, can't live without? Lotion, any kind, plus chap stick. I can't stand dry skin or lips!  

3. What's the best hair product you've ever used? This amazing stuff that made my hair, soft, non-frizzy, and super pretty! Unfortunately, not only can I not remember the name, it was also being illegally sold at the location I bought it from...0.o  

4. Fess up, what's the worst beauty look you've tried to rock and look back at now with a little shame or apprehension that you actually did that? Ick, curly bangs. 

5. When it comes to beauty products, we all use the same basic products. What do you use that helps show off your personal flare and personality? Hmmm, bright nail polish. Although, my clothes are the main thing that shows my personality.

I love unique color combinations, so today I went all out. You can't see them, but I'm also wearing red, orange, yellow, and blue stripey socks. ;]

I found a tube of Burt's Bees lip gloss in the pocket of a coat the other day. It made me so happy.

I wore this sweater last Valentine's Day so I think it should be my official February fourteenth sweater.

Yesterday was the beginning of Bramblewood Fashion's Keeping it Classy fashion show. This event sounds wonderful and I'm looking forward to the coming week. 

Fabulous in February: week one

Fabulous in February is an event focusing on positive thinking. Here are three things I like about myself:

1. I love my artistic nature! I'm so glad I'm an artsy person instead of a math person. =p

2. Even though it can be annoying and hard to style at times, I love my curly hair.

3. I like the shape of my hands and fingernails...there's this odd angle right under my thumb that looks kind of cool and unique.
